With our experience in working with automotive vendors, we have developed the following products and services that have been most beneficial to our vendor partners. We welcome the opportunity to discuss these and/or other products or services that might be needed throughout the industry.
ERM Download - automate the download and ftp of reports from your
DMS system. Located and controlled 100% by the dealership. Does not require dial-in access for vendors.
One-time DMS Data Pulls - Used by DMS companies to transfer the dealerships data from one DMS system to another.
This service included the formating of the data. We have pulled data from ADP, ERA, Dealer Track(Arkona), and Power(UCS) DMS systems.
One-time RO History Extraction - R&R Power(UCS) automation tool to pull long-term history from the DMS system for export to 3rd party vendors.
Normally, this data is only availabe in an on-screen view and is unavailable for normal retreival through the DMS software.
DMS Support - We also offer as-needed basic DMS support for vendors that need additional minimal support for their clients.
This includes system assistance that might include report building, integration questions, how-to documentation, troubleshooting and dealership interaction.
